Shipping Policy
Delivery Scope
We currently only provide shipping services within the United States. We do not support delivery to any countries or regions outside of the United States at this time.
Shipping Fees
- Orders of $200 and over: Free shipping.
- Orders under $200: A flat shipping fee of $2.99 will be charged per order.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable taxes and related fees are already included in the product price. You are not required to pay any additional fees at the time of delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (CET).
- Orders placed before 18:00 (CET) will begin processing on the same day.
- Orders placed after 18:00 (CET) will be processed starting the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next available business day.
Order Handling Time
We require 1 to 3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment.
Transit Duration
The estimated total transit time is 5 to 8 business days after the order has been dispatched from our facility.
Logistics Carriers
To ensure safe and timely delivery, we partner with reputable logistics providers, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Order Tracking
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. You can track your order status on the "Order Tracking" page of our website by entering your email address or phone number along with your order number.
Liability and Disclaimers
- Product Damage or Loss: If a product is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before the handling process begins. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify or cancel the shipment.
- Shipping Address and Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for packages that are undeliverable or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Receipt and Inspection
Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging of your furniture carefully. If there is visible damage, please document it with photographs and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Your signature upon delivery confirms that the items were received in acceptable condition unless otherwise noted.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or refused by the recipient, we reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery.
Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or major disruptions in transportation networks.
