Shipping Range: We only support delivery within the United States. Other countries are not supported for delivery at this time.
Shipping Fees: Orders of $200 or more (including exactly $200) qualify for free shipping. For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $2.99 will be charged.
Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Transit Time: Delivery typically fluctuates between 5 to 8 business days.

6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Conditions: Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours of placement can be cancelled directly. Orders exceeding 48 hours or those that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the delivery and contact us to initiate a return and refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Processing Time: Once the return/refund criteria are met, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) used at the time of payment. We estimate the refund will arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on the efficiency of the respective banking institution. Please contact us if the refund is overdue.
