Order Cancellation Conditions
- Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours of placement can be canceled directly.
- Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or those that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics delivery and then contact us to initiate a return and refund process. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
Order Cancellation Process
- To apply for a cancellation, please contact our support team via email at solutions@crystalhaveneu.com or by phone at +1 (313) 759-2151. You must provide your order number and proof of payment (such as a transaction receipt).
- Our support team will process your request immediately. Once approved, we will notify you of the result and arrange your refund as soon as possible.
Refund Instructions
- Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) used for the purchase.
- Estimated Timeframe: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1 to 5 business days. If the refund is overdue, please contact us for further assistance.
Cancellation Confirmation
Once your cancellation request has been successfully processed, we will send a confirmation notification to the email address associated with your order. Please keep this for your records.
Order Information Accuracy
If you discover an error in your order details (such as the shipping address) after placement, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to intercept the order before it enters the shipping stage, we cannot guarantee changes once the 48-hour window has passed or the item has left the warehouse.
Partial Cancellations
For orders containing multiple items, if you only wish to cancel a portion of the order, the same 48-hour and "unshipped" rules apply. We will recalculate the remaining order total and proceed with the partial refund accordingly.
